The customer faced several challenges in providing their employees with easy and secure access to HR-related information and tools. These included:

Cognic developed a secure mobile app using React Native as the front-end framework and integrated it with the customer’s Oracle EBS backend. The app provided a centralized location for employees to access all HR-related information and tools, including employee profiles, benefits information, and time-off requests. Additionally, the app implemented the following features to address the customer’s challenges:
- Single sign-on integration for easy and secure access to the app
- Automatic data syncing with the customer’s Oracle EBS backend to ensure that the app always had the most up-to-date information
- Role-based access controls to ensure that only authorized employees could access specific HR-related information and tools
- Advanced security features such as encryption and multi-factor authentication to protect sensitive HR-related data
The mobile app improved employee engagement and productivity by providing them with easy and secure access to HR-related information and tools.
